Concierge

In the Faculty Concierge you can find the following:

• Information and general guidance on different procedures related to the Faculty and University.
• Opening and closing of the building, as well as classrooms and other spaces.
• Control of the classrooms, shared spaces and facilities, and the supervision of their maintenance.
• Delivery, collection, postage, transfer and distribution of official correspondence, documentation and parcels.
• Lending and logging of audio-visual equipment and miscellaneous material.
• Custody and maintenance of the first aid kit.  
• Custodia of lost objects.
• Receive suggestions and warnings about any anomalous situations on campus
• Etc.

Located:

On the ground floor of the Faculty and Fine Arts buildings.

Permanent customer service hours:

• Monday to Friday: from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Out of school term: from 8:00 a.m. 1:30 p.m.
